SCMH provides a multitude of services for those families who have a teenager experiencing a mental health crisis. These services can include wrapping additional services around the teen in order to provide more structure and support for the them and the family, or screening for placement in either a psychiatric hospital or a psychiatric residential treatment facility. SCMH provides a 24-hour telephone number where a mental health professional can be reached at all times.
