HOLIDAYS: A minimum of 10 Major Holidays are given at SCMH.   

VACATION LEAVE:  Employees begin to accrue vacation leave during their first month of employment.  Twelve days of vacation are accrued in the first year.  Beginning in the second year, an employee accrues 15 days per year.  Beginning in the 5th year an employee accrues 21 days of vacation leave per year. 

SICK LEAVE:  Employees accrue sick leave at the rate of 12 days per year

COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH INSURANCE

DENTAL AND OPTICAL INSURANCE     

LOSS OF INCOME INSURANCE; (Eligible after 1 year of employment) The Center will provide to each employee loss of income or long term disability insurance.

LIFE INSURANCE; (Eligible after 1 year of employment) The Center will pay for life insurance at a face value equal to annual salary in $5000 increments up to $40,000.  Employees have the option of purchasing additional coverage for their spouse and or children.

RETIREMENT PLAN; (Eligible after 1 year of employment) The Center will contribute an amount equal to 5% of gross salary for each employee to a Tax Deferred Annuity.
