Director of Substance Use Services

South Central Mental Health is searching for a Director of SUD Services that will develop, oversee and provide SUD services in our Andover, Augusta, and El Dorado offices.The qualified candidate will provide clinical supervision to assigned program staff and develop community partnerships with the courts, law enforcement, and public schools so as to improve and enhance services to better meet community needs.  Also will provide direct care.  Minimum of 5 years experience in the addictions or behavioral health field.  The desired applicant would have a Master’s Degree and License in the Mental Health and/or Addiction field and be Licensed as a Clinical Addiction Counselor.  Solid organizational skills and ability to cultivate relationships in the community a plus.   

Front Office Clerical

Full time positions are available in this rapidly growing and fast paced mental health practice.  Seeking a motivated, dependable and positive individual to join our front office team.  Candidate will be working in the front office; processing intakes; verifying insurance benefits and eligibility; receiving and distributing office main and email; managing administrative records, triaging calls and scheduling appointments.  Great customer service skills; computer experience; medical and insurance knowledge would be an ideal fit for our office.  Requires High school diploma or equivalent. 


Full time, Part time and Contract positions are available in our Eldorado and Augusta offices.  Will provide out-patient therapy services to a diverse population in terms of age; SES; and diagnoses.  Must enjoy working as part of a team with other professionals including Psychiatrists, APRN's; Nurses; Case Managers; interns; and practicum students.  Likewise, must enjoy working with our community partners in helping to build healthier communities.  Clinical licensure is preferred but all credentials will be considered. 

Adult Case Manager

Full time positions working with adults with severe persistent mental illness in our Eldorado, Augusta, and Andover offices. A Case Manager will facilitate client autonomy by helping them build on strengths, increase community integration, learn more effective controls for symptomatic behaviors, and functioning independently. Requires BA/BS degree or equivalent with work experience. Valid Drivers’ license required and must pass record checks.

Adult Attendant Care Worker

P/T and F/T positions working with individuals with severe mental illnesses in our Andover, Augusta and El Dorado offices. This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking entry into the mental health field.  Will help clients develop skills that will contribute to a more fulfilling quality of life. Requires a high school diploma and/or experience working with persons with other types of disabilities.  Valid Drivers’ license required and must pass background check. Flexible schedule. 

Child Attendant Care Worker

P/T and F/T position working with children/families in our El Dorado office.  Requires a high school diploma and/or experience working with children.  Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid drivers' license.  Flexible schedule and on the job experience for persons that love working with children and making a positive impact in their lives.     

Child Case Manager 

P/T and F/T positions working with children/families in our Andover office and at our therapeutic Pre-School.  Requires BA/BS degree or 4 years related work experience working with children and families.  Flexible schedule.  Must have a valid drivers license and a passion for working with children and their families.
