How do I schedule an appointment? You can call or walk into one of our clinics Monday-Thursday 8AM-7PM or on Friday 8AM to Noon, excluding holidays.
What should I bring to my first appointment? Insurance card or copy; If you will be requesting a fee reduction then you will need to bring proof of residency and verification of income.
Will insurance pay, how is billing done? You will be asked to provide information about insurance in order to determine your payment rate. Fees vary according to the services provided and are comparable to or lower than the cost of similar services provided elsewhere. We are an approved provider for mental health/behavioral services for most insurance providers. Some of our staff may not be approved for specific insurance companies. Our staff files claims to private insurers, Medicaid (Kansas), and Medicare. Clients without insurance may qualify for sliding scale fees based on income. Payment is expected at the time service is provided.
What are your hours? 8AM – 7PM, Monday –Thursday. Andover and Augusta Clinics are open 8AM-Noon on Friday. The El Dorado Clinic is open 8AM-2PM on Friday. We are also closed on the following days: New Year’s Eve; New Year’s Day; President’s Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day and the following Friday; Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
