Michael McAllister
Community Based Services (CBS) Director Mike is a lifelong member of Butler County and is fortunate to see the positive impact South Central Mental Health makes in his home county, hometown, and the neighborhood he lives in. He began his career with SCMH in 2010 and has performed a variety of roles over the past 12 years. Mike is currently the Community Based Services Director where he oversees all CBS department operations. He has a great appreciation for all those who have served our patients, furthered community partnerships, and made a lasting impact in Butler County. Mike loves his family, friends, fishing, and football.

Holly Whitson
SED Waiver Coordinator & CBS Program Manager Holly graduated from Kansas State University with Bachelors’ Degrees in Family Studies & Human Services and in Psychology. She has been with SCMH since 2009 where she started as a children’s case manager, Targeted Case Manager and Team Lead. She is currently the SED Waiver Coordinator/CBS Program Manager where she helps oversee the programming and day to day management of the CBS department. Holly takes pride in seeing how the CBS department has grown over the last 13 years – from a small program to now providing supports to over 600 families in the community, schools, and parenting classes. Holly’s passion is finding ways to organize and increase supports to families in the community and collaborate with community partners. She enjoys spending time with her husband, two toddlers, and two goldendoodles. Hiking, reading, and watercolor are her favorite hobbies.

Emily Webb
CBS Caseload Manager Emily graduated from Fort Hays University with a bachelor’s degree in justice studies. She has been with South Central since 2011 and performed a variety of roles. Currently she is the caseload manager for children’s-based services for over 600 clients and families and the parent support team lead. In her free time, she enjoys spending with her family, traveling home to Arkansas, camping, and following the St. Louis Cardinals and St. Louis Blues.

Isiah Lykes
Andover/Augusta Team Lead Isiah graduated from Wichita State University with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. He has been with SCMH since 2013 where he started as a children’s case manager and targeted case manager before working his way up to becoming a team lead in 2017. He currently serves as team lead for our Augusta and Andover SCMH locations. He also oversees our youth drop-in center, The Hangar. In his free time, Isiah enjoys going to the movies, spending time with friends and family, and watching sports.

Cassie Stull
Andover/Augusta Team Lead Cassie began her career with SCMH in 2010 and has a wide array of experience working in the mental health field. In 2017 Cassie became a CBS Team Lead in Andover. Cassie has a passion for helping struggling adolescents and young adults and takes pride in the work SCMH has done in spreading awareness for mental health. In her free time, Cassie enjoys spending time with her family and loves all things related to music and travel.

Justin Robison
Support Team Lead Justin graduated from Wichita State University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2010 and started working at South Central Mental Health the same year. He has worked as a children’s case manager and care coordinator and currently works in our Andover, Augusta, and El Dorado offices overseeing group services and providing field support. He lives in Andover with his wife and two cats and enjoys going to concerts, skateboarding, and watching basketball in his free time.

Cortnie Killen
El Dorado Team Lead Cortnie received her Bachelors Degree in Sports Management from Tabor College and began working with SCMH in May of 2013. Cortnie has been in many different roles in CBS throughout the years. Starting as a children’s Case Manager, children’s Crisis Case Manager, Care Coordinator, In School Case Manager, Lead Teacher at Social Stars, and in May of 2022 was promoted to Team Lead in El Dorado. She grew up in the sports world with her siblings and found her passion working with children from coaching softball and teaching dance and gymnastics. Cortnie played collegiate softball at Hutchinson Community College and Tabor College. She is a foster parent and host parent for Butler Community College athletics. In her free time, Cortnie enjoys attending her children’s sporting events, college sporting events, and spending time with friends and family.

Cassie McAllister
Social Stars Learning Center West Team Lead Cassie received her Child Development Associate while working at South Central Mental Health Counseling Center. It wasn’t until she started in-depth Conscious Discipline training that she fully understood the importance of building connections to build positive attachments to provide children with the safety and empowerment to foster academic achievement. Over the course of her 10 years at SCMHCC she has grown from a nineteen year old Attendant Care Worker to a Director of Social Stars Learning Center, moving up the company ladder. In her free time Cassie enjoys spending time with her Husband and children, being outside, and reading fiction stories.

Ashton Stowell
Social Stars Learning Center East Team Lead Ashton received her bachelors degree in Elementary Education from Tabor College and began working at SCMH in 2016 as a children's case manager. Ashton began working at Social Stars as a classroom teacher in 2018. Over the next few years Ashton continued to learn and develop her skills as a care coordinator for the children and families at Social Stars and SCMH. Ashton grew up playing softball and spending time at her siblings sporting events. Ashton was a collegiate softball player at Tabor College. In her free time Ashton enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors and playing sports.
