Branda Horsch, LMSW
Branda Horsch graduated from Wichita State University with a Master’s degree in Social Work and is a Licensed Master Social Worker. Branda provides individual therapy to all populations but has a particular interest in working with the child and adolescent population. Branda works out of the El Dorado Clinic. |
Brian Howard, LMLP
Brian graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Kansas State University, and got a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Washburn University. Brian worked for the Department of Corrections, performing psychological evaluations on inmates as they entered the state system. Brian also received a license as an Addiction Counselor, and worked for a group of opiate addiction clinics where he traveled between Florida and Louisiana. After working as a Crisis Therapist in Wichita, he spent the last four years counseling at an opiate addiction clinic. Brian likes bicycling and visiting hiking trails. He also travels to historical and scenic places and take photographs. |
Chelsea Dey, LPC
Chelsea received her undergraduate degree from WSU and proceeded to attend the University of South Carolina where she earned her M.Ed. in Higher Education and Student Affairs. After working at colleges on the East Coast and in the Midwest, she returned to WSU where she earned her M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Chelsea began working with SCMH in 2021 as an intern, and since completing her degree, has continued to work as a clinician in the Andover office. Outside of work Chelsea enjoys time with family and friends, binging Netflix episodes, and baking. |
Chelsea Nguyen, PsyD
El Dorado Clincial Coordinator Assessment Director Chelsea Nguyen began working with SCMH in 2016 as a pre-doctoral intern. Chelsea continued to work as a clinician in the El Dorado office after her internship and graduated with a Doctorate of Psychology (PsyD) degree from Wheaton College in May 2019. Chelsea utilizes a family systems framework integrated with evidence-based interventions to work with a wide variety of presenting issues, particularly with underserved populations. In her free time, Chelsea enjoys cheering for the LSU Tigers and spending as much time as she can outdoors or playing tennis. |
Cheryl Parker, LBSW, LAC
Parker graduated from Wichita State University and achieved a Bachelors of Social Work and then became a Licensed Addiction Counselor. Parker has a passion to help people who struggle with addiction. She loves KU basketball and enjoys time with family, friends, and her daughter. |
Curtis Anderson, LMSW, T-LMAC
SUD Coordinator Curtis graduated from Liberty University with a Master’s Degree in Social Work, is a Licensed Master Social Worker, and a Temporary Licensed Master Addiction Counselor. Curtis has experience working with teens in foster care, human trafficking victims, and non-profit project and program management. Curtis is an Air Force veteran and a lifelong resident of Butler county. Outside of work, Curtis enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar, and exercising. |
Danielle Forbes, LMLP
Danielle graduated from Fort Hays State University in 2023 with a degree in Clinical Psychology. She completed her clinical training at the VA in Wichita where she worked in crisis care, in-patient substance abuse, PTSD and general psychotherapy, neuropsychological testing, and health psychology. This is a second career for Danielle; she worked as an elementary school teacher beginning in 2009 teaching a variety of grades and subjects to children from kindergarten through eighth grade. |
Emily J. Runyan, MS, LCP, BCN
CCBHC Director Emily J. Runyan is a seasoned mental health professional with over 15 years of experience, currently serving as CCBHC Director. A practicing psychotherapist since 2007 and a board-certified neurofeedback clinician since 2019, Emily brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her leadership role. She has a robust background in psychological testing, evaluations, crisis intervention, individual therapy, and neurofeedback, making her well-equipped to oversee and enhance mental health services in the community. Emily completed a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology at Emporia State University in 2007. She attained clinical level licensure through the Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board in 2014. She is board certified in Neurofeedback through the Biofeedback Certification Institue of America since 2019. |
Eric McDaniel, LMLP
Eric earned his Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Emporia State University and holds a Kansas license as a Master Level Psychologist. Currently, Eric works as a contract therapist for SCMHCC and works in both the Andover and Augusta clinics. Eric joined SCMHCC in 2013 and has a special interest in trauma disorders, anxiety, anger management, and depression disorders. Eric's therapeutic style is primarily integrative with strong influences from cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, and acceptance and commitment therapy. |
Iris Pauly, LCP
Clinical Director Andover and Augusta Clinical Coordinator Iris Pauly graduated from Emporia State University with a degree in Clinical Psychology. She began working at SCMH following graduation and has been at South Central Mental Health since. She currently works as the Clinical Director and Clinical Coordinator of the Andover Clinic. Iris is a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor and enjoys working with all ages, supervising and supporting staff, and educating the community on mental health.

Jacob Kresky, LMSW
Crisis and Triage Clinician Jacob is a Licensed Masters Social Worker and dedicated Crisis and Triage Therapist with a passion for proving compassionate, client-centered care. Jacob works with all age groups who may be experiencing a mental health emergency and creates a supportive environment for clients. He holds a Master’s of Social Work degree from Newman University’s Trauma-Focused Clinical Program and is committed to staying current with best practices to deliver the highest level of care. |
Jenna Fountain, T-LMLP
Jenna Fountain graduated from Emporia State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She graduated from Emporia State University with a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology in 2023 and is now a temporary Licensed Masters Level Psychologist. Outside of her therapeutic work, Jenna enjoys reading, painting, spending time with family and friends. |
Jennifer McIntire, LPC
Jennifer received her master’s degree from Wichita State University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2023. Jennifer started at SCMH as a counseling intern in El Dorado and after completion of her degree she joined the El Dorado clinic as a clinician. Jennifer serves a variety of clients using social, behavioral, emotional and cognitive strategies to best serve her clients. |
Jodi Brown, LMSW
Jodi Brown completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Sociology from Pittsburg State University in 1999 and her Masters in Social Work from the University of Kansas in 2021. Jodi has worked with children and families for over 25 years and enjoys working with adolescents and teens. Jodi utilizes a strengths-based approach, recognizing that every client is the expert of their lived experiences, and wants them to know that change is possible and that they are not alone on their journey. Her approach offers empathy and a safe, supportive space to overcome challenges and live a more fulfilling life. |
Lauren Cockrell, TLMLP
In 2016, Lauren Cockrell graduated from New Mexico State University with a Bachelor or Arts in Criminal Justice and then from Eastern New Mexico University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, minoring in Sociology. Lauren's desire to help others and further her education landed her at Emporia State University, where she graduated in May of 2023 with a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology. After completing her graduate internship at Osawatomie State Hospital, she joined South Central Mental Health as a temporary Licensed Master's Level Psychologist who offers both psychological evaluations and therapy services. Lauren approaches therapy through an integrative style, implementing techniques that are mindfully, emotionally, and strengths-based, and enjoys working with individuals from all walks of life, offering individual therapy services for teens and adults. |
Lisa Grey, LCAC
Lisa Grey graduated from Emporia State University in 2013 with a Master's Degree in Rehab Counseling. She earned her clinical license in 2016 and has been with SCMH since December 2020 as a drug and alcohol assessor. Lisa has experience with juveniles in the legal system, homeless women, domestic violence, and HUD Housing. |
Lueata Evenson, LSCSW
Lueata Evenson graduated from Wichita State University with her Master’s in Social Work in 2007. She has utilized her LMSW as a medical social worker with hospice. Lueata obtained her clinical license in Texas in 2015. Since then, Lueata has worked with different ages, populations, and diversities. Her specialties are grief counseling, depression, anxiety, family, and couple’s counseling. In 2019, Lueata transferred back to Kansas. She is glad to be back home. She enjoys spending time with family, hiking, fishing, kayaking, and being outside. |
Megan Howard, LPC, ATR-P, NCC
Megan earned two Master of Science degrees in Art Therapy and Clinical Counseling in May 2024 from Emporia State University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Provisionally Registered Art Therapist (ATR-P), and National Certified Counselor (NCC). Megan has experience working with all ages and demographics in various settings. During her graduate internship, Megan worked primarily with adult human trafficking survivors. She is excited to work with teens and adults at SCMH in Andover who have various mental health needs. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and two sons enjoying nature or traveling and immersing herself in all things creative! |
Meghan Low-O’Neill, LPC, NCC
Meghan received her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health and Sports Counseling from Wichita State University in 2024. Meghan’s passion with working with athletes came from her own experiences of being a student-athlete during her undergraduate degree. Meghan also loves to work with individuals who struggle with ADHD, as she is working toward her ADHD-CSSP. Meghan utilizes a person-centered and integrative approach, using techniques that are mindful, emotional, and unique to each client. Meghan offers individual therapy services to teens and adults. |
Michaela Thompson, LPC
Michaela Thompson is a Licensed Professional Counselor and received her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wichita State University in 2024. During her internship she worked with diverse clients of different ages and presenting problems. Michaela is excited to work with clients of all ages at SCMH in Augusta who have various mental health needs. Michaela utilizes a strengths-based approach with evidence-based practices to help empower individuals overcome challenges and achieve their goals. She recognizes that every client is the expert of their unique lived experiences and strives to create a comforting and inviting atmosphere that allows clients to explore or process their stories. In her free time, she loves spending time with friends and family, listening to podcasts, or finding a new show to binge watch! |
Renae McFalls, LMSW
Renae McFalls received her master’s in social work with a clinical focus from Newman University in 2011, she is a licensed master social worker. She has experience working with children through adults. She provides both family and individual therapy. Renae's approach to therapy is no matter if you are struggling with anxiety, depression, unresolved trauma, personal or family challenges; therapy should be tailored to a client's strengths. |
Tamara Martin, LMSW, Social Worker
Tamara Martin graduated from Wichita State University with a Master’s degree in Social Work in 2017. She has been in the mental health and child welfare fields since 2001 and enjoys working with children and their parents to improve behaviors and quality of life. Tamara has experience in dealing with a range of anxiety and mood disorders. |
William Bell, LCPC
Will graduated from Cornerstone University with a Master's Degree in Counseling. Will joined SCMH in 2021 as a contract intake clinician. Will has several years of experience working as a therapist with children and their parents in schools, homes, and community settings. He has received extensive training and supervision in Brief Strategic Family Therapy. When he is not working at SCMH, he works at a private practice in Wichita. |
