Ammie Mboule
Community Support Services (CSS) Director Ammie graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a Minor in Sociology from Emporia State University. She has been with SCMH since 2010. She has experience working in the mental health field for over 15+ years. She currently is the CSS Director for the Adult Case Management Department and the OneCare Coordinator. Ammie has been married for 19 years to her husband and they have 3 boys. She enjoys spending time with her family, watching Dateline, and attending her son’s sporting events. |
Carrie Latimer
El Dorado Team Lead Carrie graduated Wichita State University with a Bachelor in Arts in 2008. She started at SCMHCC that year as a CPST case manager in Augusta. Carrie has been a team lead for the Eldorado CSS program since 2010. During this time she helped our team become certified in Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment to help those with mental illness and substance use disorders. We have also maintained our Strengths Model Case Management certifications. She has worked with a variety of community groups in Butler County including El Dorado Police Department, National Alliance of Mental Illness Butler County, Journey to Recovery, and the Andover Police Department. When she's not at work, you can find her going on adventures in Wichita with her daughter, spending time with her 3 grown sons and daughter in law, or catching some Pokémon in Pokémon Go.

Theresa Lewandowski
Andover/Augusta Team Lead Theresa graduated from Wichita State University 2009 with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Sociology and minor in Psychology. She has worked at SCMHCC since August of 2009 and is currently a CSS Team Lead for Adult Case management. She enjoys anything outdoors - running, hiking, fishing, hunting, and spending time with friends and family. |
Sarah Coiner
Targeted Case Management Team Lead Sarah has been with SCMHCC since 2008 and is currently a Team Lead that supervises CSS TCM’s and Healthcare Coordinators. Sarah has been in the social services field for over 24 years with experience working with both adults and children. The best part is advocating and encouraging others to reach their goals. Sarah has been inspired daily by her own two children and husband. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music, hanging out with family/friends, and watching sports, especially the Chiefs!!! |
Leslie Lykes
Supported Employment Coordinator Leslie Lykes received her Bachelor of Science in Education at Emporia State University before attending Wichita State University, receiving a Masters in Criminal Justice. She works with the adult population and young adults. Leslie is the Supported Employment Coordinator and implements the SOAR program at South Central Mental Health. She enjoys spending time with family, listening to music, and interior decorating. |
